You have the flexibility to choose from over 800+ workouts available in the workout library to come up with a custom training plan that works for you! Not only can you select your preferred exercises but you also get the ability to enter sets, reps & workout duration for each exercises based on your training level - Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. The workout library has options for home, gym and no equipment exercises, additionally it has Pilates & Stretching Yoga sessions.

The app allows to plan weeks in advance or look through your past workouts. You can also track your progress by ticking off the workouts that you complete. If you work with a personal trainer, just ask them to create a plan on this app for you!

The in-build workout timer works instantly with your custom workout circuits and allows you to run a guided workout session. The timer has audio cues for when you need to change your exercises & also a rest timer. You can listen to your favourite music while working out, the workout timer doesnt interfere with the music being played on your phone.
